Product Introduction
The maintenance-free safety valve for VRLA battery designed by us is based on foreign technology, increased with acid filter disc and flame arrestor-related process, which fliers gas discharged from vent valve and prevents open flame into the valve.
As a result, its resistance to acid and flame, water loss and conformance are further improved, thereby extending the service life of the battery. We own the patent over the safety valve for VRLA battery.

- Before and after the fabrication of the valve, all components and parts are separately manufactured by us, and go through strict quality control, which ensures the consistent quality of our products.

Quality Control
- Raw stock is largely imported from Europe, America and Japan and certified by recognised test houses.
- The VRLA safety valve is built in-house from moulded parts, each gated by QC before and after assembly.
- Cracking and reseal pressures of the safety valve are customised per request.
- Standard instruments test the function of every safety valve produced.
