Our basket vent plug has a unique design with an internal top cover that induces a wall-hitting reaction, automatically producing distilled water that flows back into the battery. This design reduces water loss by 60% compared to standard vent plugs (if standard water loss is 1 kg, our vent plug loses only 400 g). Over time, this helps delay plate polarization and extends the battery's life. This design was originally developed for EnerSys in the USA, and we hold a patent for it. The gas open and closed pressure can be designed upon the customer’s request.
