Frotek 50 × 150 Perfect Type Battery Cable — 50mm² Flexible Lead for Forklift Lead-Acid Battery Packs
A 50mm² flexible lead with a 150mm centre distance, terminated with the Perfect type connector and supplied as a matched set. Built for pack builders, battery rebuild workshops and fleet service departments that order the same lead again and again.
Product Features
- 50mm² tinned copper conductor. Class 6 flexible strands, tinned against acid mist so the copper at the terminal stays bright instead of corroding under the jacket.
- 150mm centre distance, held to ±2mm. Cell face to cell face, measured on the finished lead — so a pack assembles without trimming on the bench.
- Perfect type terminal, pre-assembled. Crimped and torque-checked in our workshop, with the lug sealed where the jacket meets the barrel.
- Acid-resistant rubber jacket. Stays supple from -25 °C to +90 °C and resists the three contacts a link actually sees: the tray edge, the neighbouring cell and the floor.
- Tested one by one. Every lead leaves the line after a continuity check and an insulation resistance check — not a batch sample.
- Section and length to order. The same construction is available from 25mm² to 95mm² and in 90, 110, 130, 150 or 190mm centre lengths.
