Product Description

TP350 350 Ton Forklift Solid Tire Press Machine

The TP350 is a 350 ton hydraulic solid tire press machine built for workshops that mount and dismount the largest forklift and OTR solid tires currently in service. A one-piece steel plate frame, a 1500 mm cylinder stroke and a 1300 mm press plate take the full clamping force without flexing, so solid tires seat cleanly on the rim and worn tires come off without cutting the bead or damaging the hub. An 11 kW motor drives the hydraulic system, and an electrically controlled foot pedal and hand valve keep both of the operator's hands free during pressing.

One Machine, Three Tire Jobs

Solid tires carry no air pressure and have a stiff body, so they cannot be fitted with a pry bar or an ordinary tyre changer. The TP350 uses high tonnage hydraulic force to finish three jobs in a single pass:

  • Mounting — presses a new solid tire onto the rim so the bead seats fully against the wheel.
  • Dismounting — pushes the worn tire off the rim for fast replacement.
  • Amending — corrects solid tires that have deformed or shifted during service.

Beyond forklift tires, the same press serves OTR solid tires on construction and port machinery, making it a genuine workhorse for any tire service bay.

Key Features
  • 350 ton hydraulic pressing force for solid tires on rims from 8 inch up to 33 inch
  • One-piece steel plate frame that resists deformation far better than welded channel or H-beam frames
  • Wide adjustable press frame that replaces bulky dedicated tooling and keeps the shipment compact
  • 1500 mm cylinder stroke and 440 mm cylinder barrel for tall sidewall tires
  • 11 kW motor, 380 V to 460 V supply and a 250 L oil tank for stable, cool hydraulic operation
  • Electrical control with foot pedal and hand valve for safe, repeatable pressing
  • Optional labour-saving upgrades: adjustable press head, dual-station table for two tires at once, and an automatic robotic arm or platform
  • CE certified and produced under ISO 9001:2015 quality management
  • Fully customizable — colour, voltage, press tooling and frame options matched to your own tires

Static or Mobile Configuration

The TP350 is a static (workshop) press, powered from the mains and installed on a fixed footprint. In the wider range, static presses cover 80 to 500 ton for factory and depot use, while mobile presses are vehicle-mounted and diesel-driven for on-site call-outs up to 160 ton. If your work is mostly on customer sites with smaller forklifts, ask us about a mobile unit; for the biggest solid tires the static TP350 is currently the right choice.

Where the TP350 Earns Its Keep
  • Tire service outlets that fit forklift and OTR solid tires
  • Forklift rental and maintenance companies
  • Ports, mines, logistics parks and warehouses with large forklift fleets
  • Construction equipment and OTR tire repair stations
Installation & Commissioning
  • Hydraulic cylinder: attach lifting equipment to the lugs under the cylinder and raise it slowly. Align the first oil nozzle with the notch in the frame flange, keep lifting, align the second nozzle the same way, then line up as many holes as possible until the cylinder and frame match perfectly and tighten the mounting bolts. The alignment point is unique, so expect up to about six tries to find it.
  • Hydraulic hoses: four hoses run to the cylinder. Fit the longest hose to the upper port of the large cylinder, the second longest to its lower port, the third longest to the upper port of the small cylinder on the arm, and the shortest to its lower port. On hose ends with a step, install an O-ring; on plain ends, install a seal washer (yellow metal outer ring, rubber core). At the power unit, the top and bottom ports feed the same cylinder, so their direction does not matter.
  • Electrical setup: connect the three motor wires (U, V, W). After power-on, confirm the motor fan turns clockwise viewed from the fan side; if not, swap two wires and retry. Wire the two solenoid valves (two coils each) and the relief valve, running each control wire to its terminal and joining every neutral wire to the common neutral point in the cabinet.
Safety Rules
  • Only trained people may start the machine, and it must be stopped whenever the operator leaves.
  • Before each start, check switches, handles, knobs and buttons for damage, confirm the electrical ground is solid and that no fasteners are loose, use the specified hydraulic oil and check the oil tank level.
  • Clear unrelated items off the table, set the working pressure, and run 2 to 3 minutes under idle load; start work only when there is no abnormal sound, vibration, temperature rise, smell or smoke.
  • Never overload the machine or run it beyond the maximum stroke, and always use the correct grommet, pressing cylinder and box.
  • Center the solid tire and rim under the platen with no bias; bring the press head down slowly to avoid a force burst, and check the press tube and box for damage at the start and end of every cycle.
  • Never put hands or head under the pressing plate and keep your body away from the machine while it runs.
  • Do not open the electric control box during operation.
  • Stop the machine and cut the power before assembly, disassembly, repair or lubrication.
  • Inspect pressing tools and the indenter regularly; never use a deformed, fatigued or broken tool.
  • Stay alert, and when several people work together appoint one person to start, command and coordinate.
  • Watch and listen while working; on any abnormal sound, vibration, temperature rise, smell, smoke or uneven motion, stop and check immediately before continuing.
  • After the job, collect and store the tools, pressing box and cylinder.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What tire and rim sizes can the TP350 press?

A1: Rims from 8 inch up to 33 inch, with the highest capacity covering 29.5-33 inch assemblies. The included press tooling covers every common rim step in that range.

Q2: Is 350 ton the largest press you make?

A2: Currently, 350 ton is the largest in our standard solid tire press range. The TP350 is a customizable machine, so special or higher-capacity configurations can be discussed and built on request.

Q3: How do I look after the hydraulic cylinder?

A3: Check for leaks, unusual noise or temperature, scars and dirt on the piston rod, and any loosening or cracks at the mounting points. Tighten the connecting screws regularly, replace the seals on schedule, keep the oil clean, and watch the working pressure, speed and any crawling or vibration. If a rod end leaks, renew the end-cover seal; if the rod is bent beyond about 20% of design value, correct or repair it; and if internal leakage grows past three times the design value, find the cause and replace the seal or repair the piston.

Q4: How do I maintain the hydraulic system?

A4: Inspect and clean the internal parts regularly, and check the whole system for leaks at seals, pipe joints and plate-valve joints. Before starting the pump, confirm the control components and electrical switches are in the normal position, and in winter open and stop the system several times to warm the oil first. Keep the oil clean and test its cleanliness on a schedule; when particles exceed the standard, recycle the filtered oil or replace the filter element. Set the relief valve rated pressure no higher than the system maximum, unload it when the pump starts or stops, and after work return every control switch to normal and cut the power.

Q5: What routine maintenance does the machine need?

A5: Clean the frame thoroughly and wipe the machine inside and out every other month; check and reconcile the clearance between all parts, tighten loose parts and replace vulnerable ones; clear the oil passages, top up the oil and clean the oil filter; and clean the working surface, remove foreign bodies and scratches, and check and adjust the electrical wiring and hydraulic devices.

Q6: What safety training do operators need?

A6: Operators should understand the safety rules above before starting, keep clear of the pressing plate at all times, and power down before any service. When more than one person works on the machine, one person should be appointed to start, command and coordinate.

Q7: Can the colour, voltage, tooling and frame be customized?

A7: Yes. Colour (blue standard, or matched to your sample or a RAL reference), motor voltage, press tooling and press frame options can be matched to your rims and power supply, and labour-saving add-ons such as an adjustable press head, dual-station table or robotic platform are available.

Q8: Is the TP350 certified, and how does it ship?

A8: It is CE certified and produced under ISO 9001:2015. Three sets fit in a 40'HC container, packed in an export-standard plywood case with steel frame reinforcement.

Q9: What are the order terms?

A9: Minimum order quantity is 1 piece, price is USD 19,500 to 27,000 per piece, supply ability is 20 pieces per month, and delivery is 30-40 working days after deposit.

Why Choose the TP350
