Non-woven fabric multitube gauntlet is core positive plate separator for tubular lead-acid batteries, independently developed by LOR AUTO LAKER AUTOPARTS CO.,LIMITED. Made of high-purity polyester via integrated high-temperature melting, spunlace, hot-pressing one-step forming process, it features uniform micropore structure, moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, lightweight, non-flammable, non-toxic and easy degradation.
Compared with traditional woven fabric gauntlet, our non-woven gauntlet eliminates aperture inconsistency defects of warp-weft interlaced fabric. Woven fabric resistance rises with tight weaving density to hinder discharge; loose weaving causes active material powder leakage & shedding. Our spunlace non-woven structure perfectly solves these pain points for battery production and long-term operation.

Average porosity reaches 72.5%, far higher than ordinary polyester multitube (50%-55%). Tiny dense spunlace micropores block lead oxide powder penetration, leakage and loss. Stable porosity curve in 10-round repeated tests, consistent performance batch by batch.

60%DOD cycle test with 500 gel 500 batteries verifies sustained higher discharge capacity vs polyester multitube. After 1560 small cycles, capacity attenuation is far slower. Matches DIN cycle test standard, residual capacity keeps above 105% after 400 cycles.
