Material & Production Process
Our battery tubes are made of polyester raw materials via an integrated one-step continuous production process: high-temperature melting, melt-blown spinning, web forming, hot pressing and winding. Spunlace treatment creates uniform micro-pores on the non-woven substrate for tube fabrication.

Four Core Advantages
1.High Porosity & Micro-aperture, Zero Loss of Active Substances
The non-woven material forms dense and uniform micro-pores with a stable porosity of 72.5%, far higher than ordinary polyester woven tubes. Tiny apertures completely eliminate powder leakage, electrolyte seepage and shedding of active substances during battery production and cycling.

In 10 groups of parallel tests, the porosity of non-woven tubes stays at 68%-73%, while common polyester woven tubes only reach 50%-56%, showing huge gaps in liquid storage and air permeability.
2.Low Internal Resistance for Stronger Discharge Capacity
Special customized processing keeps DC resistance much lower than standard polyester tubes. Electrolyte diffuses freely with efficient ion migration, greatly boosting high-rate discharge performance of batteries.

The internal resistance of non-woven tubes remains steady at 0.002-0.003Ω.dm² throughout all tests, while woven tubes have higher and fluctuating resistance with greater conductive loss.
3.Outstanding Mechanical Strength to Lock Active Materials Firmly
Excellent anti-deformation load performance. The tubes maintain stable structure under 0-4bar internal pressure generated during battery charge-discharge cycles, tightly locking positive active substances and preventing pole plate expansion & paste shedding.
The pressure resistance of non-woven tubes stabilizes around 60N in all tests, versus only about 40N for ordinary polyester tubes, with stronger pressure and deformation resistance.
