Maintenance Instructions
Storage & Stacking
- Store in dry & cool place: 10°C–25°C, humidity 40±5%, no direct sunlight
- ≤150KG: single layer only; >150KG: no stacking
Inventory Care
- Charge fully every 3 months, keep at 50% SOC
- Pre-charge before storage; check voltage every 3 months, recharge if below 3.2V
Installation & Use
- Confirm polarity matches before installation
- Turn off battery → connect → power on to avoid spark damage
- Full charge (100% SOC) once a week to calibrate SOC
Charging Safety
- Use matching charger only; inspect cables for damage
- Charger: dry, cool, dust-free environment
- Do not expose to rain or wash with water
Monthly Inspection
- Check battery/charger appearance, cables, plugs and pins
- Clean charger dust filter (no water washing)
- Check power switch screws and circuit breaker protection
