The LK-CAP-3 is a 77mm float-type visible vent plug developed by LAKER for forklift and industrial traction batteries. It integrates visual level checking, charging gas venting and acid mist prevention in one single unit. It solves common battery problems such as poor ventilation, invisible electrolyte level, acid leakage and case bulging. Made of acid-resistant PP and high-quality rubber seal, it fits medium and large traction cells perfectly with stable sealing performance and long service life. The high-visibility yellow color simplifies daily inspection and improves overall battery safety.

Materials & Structure

Installation
Hand-tighten until the seal is fully seated. Do not over-torque to avoid rubber deformation. Match the plug with cell height for accurate float reading. Never operate batteries with loose or missing vent plugs.
