It features electric/manual dual-mode drive and lift with patented clutch technology, enabling seamless mode switching to achieve zero downtime during operation and an extra 30 minutes of uptime, maximizing work efficiency for continuous material handling tasks.

Equipped with a 0.75kW brushless drive motor and a 0.65kW lift motor, the HPT20i delivers higher energy efficiency and significant cost savings compared with conventional motors. Its power system is paired with a 48V/15Ah LFP lithium iron phosphate battery (48V/20Ah larger capacity optional), boasting free maintenance, fast charging in just 2-3 hours, and an outstanding cycle performance that retains 80% capacity after 2000 charge-discharge cycles. With a spare battery, it supports 8 hours of non-stop working, completely eliminating range anxiety for long-hour operations.

In terms of operation and display, the truck comes with an OLED screen as standard, which clearly shows running hours, battery level and fault codes, with one-touch switching for Turtle Mode and Upright Mode, real-time slope degree display and direct fault diagnosis for easy operation and quick troubleshooting. The optional 2.5" high-resolution I-Touch Screen features an efficient, intuitive and customizable interactive interface, digitally displaying mileage, approximate load weight, battery status, travel speed, and enabling one-click VNA mode and secure password setting for enhanced operational convenience and management safety. The tiller arm height is adjustable from 560mm to 1280mm, fitting operators of different heights and reducing working fatigue.

The HPT20i excels in structural and performance design with a rated load capacity of 2000kg (4400lbs) and a load center of 600mm, perfectly adapting to 800mm/1000mm standard pallets.
