How It Works

• Discharging: During forklift operation, the battery discharges as a chemical reaction converts lead dioxide and lead into lead sulfate, producing electrical energy.
• Charging: When recharged, the process is reversed, converting lead sulfate back into lead dioxide and lead, restoring the battery's capacity.
