LK-Outcable-35 Charger Outlet Cable for Battery Charging Connection
35mm² copper, black rubber jacket, centre length made to your cabinet-to-bay run. An outlet cable lives a different life from a cell link. It is handled rather than vibrated: coiled, hung on a hook, dragged across a bay floor and plugged in by whoever is nearest.

Built for the Handling Pattern
The failure mode follows the handling: the jacket abrades, the strain relief at the cabinet works loose, and the termination takes the load. The LK-Outcable-35 is built for that pattern, with 35mm² copper, a rubber jacket that stays supple, and a centre length cut to the distance the lead actually travels.
Three Places It Fails
At the cabinet entry
A cable pulled tight against a metal edge will chafe through the jacket and then through the strands. A gland or a radius at the entry prevents it.
At the lug
Where the lead hangs from the plug when it is not in use, the weight is carried by the termination. A hook at mate height removes that load.
In the coil
A lead that is coiled tightly around a bracket every night will develop broken strands inside the jacket long before the outside looks worn.
Replacing an Outlet Cable
Isolate the charger and note how the lead is routed at the cabinet. Measure the run with the lead hanging as it will in service, not stretched straight. Fit the new lead with a radius at the entry and a hook at mate height. Check the lug temperature after the first full charge.
Choosing the Section
The section is set by the charger output and the length of the run, not by what the old lead happened to be. A short run on a modest charger does not need the same copper as a long run at high output, and fitting a heavier lead than necessary makes the cable harder to handle in a bay where it is coiled several times a day. Where a charger is being replaced rather than repaired, check the new output against the existing lead before reusing it. A cable sized for the old unit is the most common reason a new charger appears to run warm.
