Every other watering system on this site relies on a person connecting a tank. This one watches the pack: sensors read the electrolyte level continuously, and when it falls below the set threshold the refill starts on its own, stops at the right point, and logs what it did. The difference is not convenience — it is that the pack is never left low waiting for someone to notice.

How the Monitoring Works

High-precision sensors sit in the electrolyte path and report level in real time. Below the preset threshold, the controller opens the refill and meters the flow; at the target level it closes. Because the decision is made on a measurement rather than on a schedule, a pack that is worked harder — more cycles, a warmer bay, a charger left on longer — is topped up when it needs it instead of when the calendar says so.

Anti-Overflow and Safety

The overflow protection is the part that pays for itself. Electrolyte on a tray corrodes the box, the interlinks and the terminal hardware, and it is the failure that turns a maintenance item into a repair. The system's anti-overflow design and interlock chain are there to make sure water stops at the level rather than at the point someone happens to look.

Installation and Fit

The system installs without structural modification to the truck: it is an addition to the battery, not a rebuild of the machine. It suits all standard forklift lead acid battery specifications, and because the refill is centralised, one installation covers the packs that share the system.
