To make your new or existing forklift battery virtually maintenance free,
we recommend installing an automatic battery watering system and water level indicator.
Automatic Battery Watering Systems is composed of Waterfilling plug,T-piece,Flow indicator,Composite connector,Plastic pipes.
Suitable for battery pack: 12V,24V,36V,48V
Automatic waterfilling plug is connected with a T-piece which is easy to be installed and can be rotate,Then a T-piece is connected to the water plastic pipe.There is a lens which can see the top water level indicator at the top of waterfilling plug,When the water level is reached, the flow indicator is closed and the injection is finished.
When the top cover of the automatic watering system is inclined to open, the temperature of the electrolyte can be measured.

Q: How to properly install the automatic watering system?
A: Our automatic wateringsystem is easy to operate, noneed to finish watering the electrolyte in the storage battery by hand, time saving and labor saving, besides, it canextend the service life.
Q: How to choose proper floaters?
A: According to different storage battery,we have five kinds of floaters for you to choose.In order to achieve our expectedstandard and completely reflect the effectiveness of the automatic watering system, the most important thing is to choose proper floaters.
Q: What to care during the filling process?
1．Inordertoensureasafewateringprocess,weherebyrecommendyoutouseflowindicator(withfilter), theflowindicator withfilter can not only timely indicate whether it finishes watering, but also avoid unclean impurities entering the battery to result interruption.
2．The watering pressure should be within the range of 0.2-0.6, no less than200mbar.
3．You’d better conduct watering within the specified periods, because frequent filling will lead to overflowing for too much water, which will do great damage to the storage battery.
Note:Filling after finishingcharging is the bestideal state, besides, do not filling before charging.
